We welcome our new Sous Chef Ryan Paul Ramiso to 7th Note Cafe in 7Stones Boracay Suites. With a new Chef comes with a new line of dishes. Food taste, food taste.
In fact, we are privilege to do a food evaluation with his chosen dishes and i called it Sensory Evaluation.
Sensory evaluation is used to compare similarities/ differences of a product, evaluate the dishes, evaluate whether the food/dishes meets its original specification. And provide objective and subjective feedback/data by ways of evaluation form.
Congratulations to Chef Ryan for presenting delectable foods, great tastes and plating/presentation are at standard. Welcome to a 4Star Resort, Chef Ry!
